FREELANCE - Digital Strategy & Influence Manager
To support clients from Fashion and Lifestyle industry, we are looking for a full-time freelance Manager to join our Paris-based team for a 6-month project starting immediately. Occasional international travel may be required for specific events.
Influence
Define and manage influencer casting strategies across micro to macro talent, based on visibility goals, budget considerations, and brand storytelling needs.
Lead and execute paid and organic influencer seeding activations, ensuring profile relevance, strong campaign performance, and alignment with client objectives.
Proactively recommend talent profiles, content formats, activation mechanics, and messaging by anticipating trends, cultural moments, and market shifts.
Contribute to strategic thinking, ideation, recommendations, and client presentations related to influencer programs.
Manage campaigns operationally from briefing through content go-live, including reporting and performance analysis.
Strategy
Define campaign roll-out and articulate campaign concepts clearly and effectively across visual, written, and verbal formats.
Support creative production for content campaigns and activations, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
Create and manage project budgets, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial guidelines.
Evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.
Project Leadership
Oversee and support team members while serving as the primary client liaison.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to manage workflows, resolve issues, and integrate feedback.
Adapt processes to meet client needs and ensure successful project outcomes.
Support administrative tasks, including invoicing and coordination with the finance team.
Key Attributes
3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creative strategy, talent management or similar.
Fluent in French and English.
Excellent copywriting, communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in both the creative and analytical side of marketing, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound.
Collaborative team player but with the ability to work autonomously to deliver to brief and on-time.
Strong knowledge of and experience with Influencer Marketing monitoring / tracking tools (Launchmetrics, Lefty…).
A creative, innovative thinker with an open attitude and eagerness to learn new things.
A real team player who will excel in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and work to stringent deadlines.
Leadership, coaching and management of junior team members.
Good listening and diplomacy skills.
Proficiency in InDesign, Keynote, PowerPoint.
Strong numerical proficiency, including the use of Excel.
Excellent working knowledge of social platforms, predominantly Instagram and TikTok as well as emerging platforms.
High level execution skills and meticulous attention to detail, both aesthetically and organizationally.
Natural planner and organiser.
A positive, can-do attitude who can work under pressure and likes to solve problems.
