To help support our future growth as an agency, we are looking for an Account Coordinator to join our team based in our NYC office.

To help support our future growth as an agency, we are looking for an Account Coordinator, Lifestyle to join our team based in our New York office.
Key Responsibilities
Take ownership of the preparation of meeting agendas, detailed meeting minutes, and timely media updates for client calls, ensuring clear and actionable follow-ups.
Work closely with the account team to proactively identify opportunities to enhance product or brand visibility across multiple channels, contributing to client growth and success.
Contribute to the strategic development and execution of PR campaigns, including high-profile product launches, targeted events, and media activations, ensuring that all initiatives align with client objectives and industry best practices.
Lead the compilation, review, and delivery of editorial clippings and media coverage to clients, ensuring the accurate representation of brand efforts in key publications.
Proactively monitor and share coverage across print, digital, and social media platforms with clients, highlighting key results and trends that impact the brand.
Create comprehensive client reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis, showcasing performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization, and measuring success against agreed-upon KPIs.
Stay ahead of industry trends and developments by continuously monitoring media, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to ensure the brand remains competitive and innovative.
Take on ad hoc administrative tasks across the communications department, supporting the overall efficiency and productivity of the team while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
Support proactive media outreach by developing media lists, pitching story opportunities, coordinating interviews, managing sample requests, and maintaining relationships with journalists, editors, and content creators.
Maintain organized client files, status trackers, editorial calendars, and media databases while supporting the day-to-day administrative needs of the account team.
Key Attributes
Extensive experience as an Account Assistant in a fast-paced agency environment.
Interest in culture, arts, fashion and lifestyle and can talk confidently and make suggestions about how these elements can be used to enhance our clients offering.
Monitoring and sharing coverage across print, online and social media.
Strong communication skills (both written and oral), research, and organization skills.
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines, and prioritize own work in a fast paced environment as well as junior members of the team.
Confidence to make suggestions, bring ideas to the wider team that focuses on client experience and work alone or as part of a team.
High levels of attention to detail and the ability to present and interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
Positive attitude to challenging situations and a willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty in order to complete a project accurately and on time.
Must be efficient in Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
