To help support our future growth as an agency, we are looking for a HR Intern to join our team based in our Shanghai office.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment process such as managing job advertisement (Job posting & renew; CV screen; interview schedule coordination).

• Support Campus Recruitment.

• Update employees’ database: annual leave, sick leave, etc.

• Help to issue offer and on the preparation of onboarding documents and orientation sessions.

• Support the entry and resignation procedures

• Other tasks assigned by the manager.

• Good English is a plus
